Week #1 check :) I did it! I had a salad everyday for lunch an remembered to snack every couple of hours. For breakfast every day I had oatmeal with cut up apple and cinnamon, home made! Now to add the daily exercise I hiked this morning and went for a walk this evening. I want to get outside everyday now that the weather is getting better and I want to get to the gym at least 3 days this week for my weight training workout. I'm sharing pictures of my yummy energizing breakfast and healthy lunch. Have a great week everyone!
That salad looks yummy! I think I'm going to try salads for lunch next week for my personal goal.
