Hello Everyone! I'm Liz!

Good Morning Ladies!

I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.  My name is Liz and I am the lucky wife to an amazing husband named Jared.  We live in Greeley, CO and share 6 amazing children.  We are an unconventional family created of a his, mine and ours and have successfully created an amazing BIG family together.  We have been together for over ten years (WOW, time fly's) and although the years have challenged us and has cracked us at times, it has made us closer and grace has allowed us to become fused together.  

I have struggled with my weight for over a decade.  I gained a small amount of weight with my oldest son, Colton (16) and was able to lose most if it pretty quickly.  I gained about 60 pounds with my son Austin (12) and although I lost a large amount of it, I was never able to lose it all... then came Grant (8) and Paige (6) and MORE weight...  

Although I was able to get down to a comfortable weight after I was done having babies, my body has changed and over the past three years I have gained 15 pounds... with no babies to blame anymore, it is time for me to admit that I have a problem with eating healthy and exercising.  Its TOUGH!  I love food and more than anything, I LOVE ICE CREAM! :)

I was able to participate in the last weight loss challenge for the Spring and learned so much.  I am looking forward to taking this journey with you ladies over the next 10 weeks.  I will be here to cheer you all on as you challenge yourself over the next weeks, as I hope you cheer me on.  I try my hardest to not be a Debbie Downer, but do become frustrated from time to time and I love that I can vent on this blog with other Ladies that are experiencing the same thing as I am.  I love getting new ideas and I love the inspiration that comes when we share ideas with each other. 

YAY for us for taking this step to become healthier!!
