Hello from Lehi!

Hi!  I'm Alicia, the proud sister of Caralee and Danielle, and the roommate of Laci!  I'm excited to be doing this challenge with all of you.  We grew up in Portland, OR.  I've been in Utah since 2000; graduated from BYU in Elementary Education and have been working as a 6th grade teacher for 9 years in South Jordan.  I am single and love 'almost' every minute of it :-)  (if you know of any good, single, TALL, ambitious gentlemen you can send them my way!).  I LOVE to travel and get out and about as often as I can. 

I decided to participate in this Slim Down because of some recent disappointments in my life.  I haven't been feeling super wonderful about myself and just need a pick-me up!  I know that as I focus on myself and my well-being, that I will understand how truly great I am, despite what the world and others may say or think.  I'm excited to get back in to good shape and just be healthier overall.
