It's only day 1 of the challenge and I was having such a hard time feeling motivated to work out this morning! Finally, I pulled out an old Tae-Bo VHS from my college days, you know the one with Billy Blanks sweating profusely in a very immodest wrestling singlet!
Oh my...I made it 45 mins. and had to stop. I thought for sure I was going to pass out...not to mention the near round house kick to the face that my 3 year old took as he was running around me in the living room! It's only been 3 weeks since I finished the last challenge, during that time I did not miss one workout point. The last 3 weeks have been spent traveling and busy and I didn't exercise at all. Today when I weighed in I hadn't gained any lbs. but I had gained a few inches...and my poor body feels like I haven't worked out in months! Why does that go away so fast?!
So much easier to get a workout in when you love what you are doing (Tae-Bo did not get the love from me this morning). What are your favorite workouts? I love Zumba...the hour goes by so fast to me and I'm excited to go.

This picture makes me laugh! Lately I have been doing the couch to 5k program. I don't love it but I want to become a better runner. I like to get workout DVDs from the library so I don't have to buy them and I can change up what I am doing. I want to start taking a Zumba class.
