Yes Please!!!!

This is the only pic I could get online.... but it is Blue Bunny NO SUGAR FAT FREE Carmel Toffee Crunch Ice cream! AMAZING! 90 cal for 1/2 cup.

Emma and I have tried eating super healthy...and tonight we decided we needed to break down and have a treat...and we found this amazing stuff! It is soooooooo gooooooood!

Anyways...I can't believe it is already week 9!!! Where did the time go?

I haven't been as strong this competition as last. But I am hoping I am on the right track to getting back on the boat.

Hope you all bust it out strong these last 2 weeks! Let's give it our all!!!

How To Earn Points!

1. FOOD LOG: Log everything you eat for 5 out of 7 days a week. 25 points, all or nothing.

2. DAILY EXERCISE: Up to 5 points a day, 6x a week. 1-30 points per week. (20 min=1 pt., 25 min=1.5 pt., 30 min=2 pts., 35 min=2.5 pts., 40 min=3 pts., 45 min=3.5 pts., 50 min=4 pts., 55 min=4.5 pts., 60 min=5 pts.)

3. WATER: Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day. One point a day if accomplished. 1-7 points.

4. SLEEP: Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 1-7 points per week.

5. WEEKLY GROUP CHALLENGE: 10 points. 5 out of 7 days. All or nothing.

6. WEEKLY PERSONAL GOAL: 1-5 points per week. 5 out of 7 days.

7. WEEKLY WEIGH-IN and MEASURE: 5 points.Weighing and measuring yourself every week and logging it somewhere.

8. BLOG: 10 points.

9. REPORT: Report points earned each week every Friday, you have until Saturday at noon.

9. POINTS AT THE END FOR WEIGHT/INCHES LOST: 10 points rewarded for every percentage of lbs. and inches lost. 10 points rewarded weekly for maintained weight after you hit your goal.
