2 days into the no sugar challenge...

Let's just say I need to be perfect the rest of the week.

Enjoying Father's day with donuts and watching Call of the Wildman. And lots of snuggles.

Thanks for the comments on my last post. We will be moving shortly after the final weigh in. Caralee, we both should incorporate some major house cleaning and purging into our personal challenges.

I'm with you on having to be perfect the rest of the week, I made my hubby a chocolate cake for Father's Day and oh my it was oh so good!

How To Earn Points!

1. FOOD LOG: Log everything you eat for 5 out of 7 days a week. 25 points, all or nothing.

2. DAILY EXERCISE: Up to 5 points a day, 6x a week. 1-30 points per week. (20 min=1 pt., 25 min=1.5 pt., 30 min=2 pts., 35 min=2.5 pts., 40 min=3 pts., 45 min=3.5 pts., 50 min=4 pts., 55 min=4.5 pts., 60 min=5 pts.)

3. WATER: Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day. One point a day if accomplished. 1-7 points.

4. SLEEP: Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 1-7 points per week.

5. WEEKLY GROUP CHALLENGE: 10 points. 5 out of 7 days. All or nothing.

6. WEEKLY PERSONAL GOAL: 1-5 points per week. 5 out of 7 days.

7. WEEKLY WEIGH-IN and MEASURE: 5 points.Weighing and measuring yourself every week and logging it somewhere.

8. BLOG: 10 points.

9. REPORT: Report points earned each week every Friday, you have until Saturday at noon.

9. POINTS AT THE END FOR WEIGHT/INCHES LOST: 10 points rewarded for every percentage of lbs. and inches lost. 10 points rewarded weekly for maintained weight after you hit your goal.
